Simonetta has visited several schools to inspire children to explore their historical heritage and improve their writing.
Here are some responses:
“Thank you so much for coming to speak to our students and share your boos and the writing process with them. I know many were intrigued and that our community as a whole is enjoying the fruits of your labors in the form of these two wonderful books. And we are looking forward to the rest of the series!” — Jean Kim, Principal, The Cambridge School, San Diego
“Thank you so much for your presentation to our school. I found it very enjoyable and the students are still talking about it. My grandson treasures the books you signed for him. Thank you for your kindness. May God continue to bless your ministry to His little ones.” — Judy Broadway, Principal, Covenant Christian School
“Thank you because you have come to tell your experiences. I have read one of your books. You help me to remember about God. I hope you will come back again.” — Grace Renata, student at Logos School, Surabaya, Indonesia.
Simonetta’s school visit takes you through the whole process of writing a biography for children. The program is for all grades and is tailored to each age group. It includes an introduction, an explanation of the writing process (including research, finding photos, and working with an illustrator), and a question/answer period.
